The Crookston Yard and Eldred have completed harvesting all remaining acres and are closed.

Crookston Yard - has completed stockpile harvest.  All Express crews are released and should contact Express.

Nielsville - has completed stockpile. All crew members are released and should contact Express. Thank you.

Eldred - has completed stockpile. All crew members are released and should contact Express. Thank you.

Scandia - has completed stockpile. All crew members are released and should contact Express. Thank you.

O'Meara - has completed stockpile. All crew members are released and should contact Express. Thank you.

Warren - has completed stockpile. Crews are released. 

ACSC and Express Harvest Employees:
Stay Pay Program will be effective as of October 1st for all harvest employees assigned to a shift and station. Stay Pay pays all harvest employees 4 hours pay for any weather event shutdown. Employees must report to work their next scheduled shift to be eligible to receive Stay Pay. Stay Pay hours for Monday-Friday will be paid at regular time (1X) rate. If it occurs on Saturday or Sunday it will be paid at OT (1.5X) rate.

Ticket Transfer and Correction Policy

Please be sure to email all corrections to abeck@crystalsugar.com

There is a new ticket transfer procedure that must be followed going forward.  All ticket transfer requests will now have to be requested using the deliveries by contract reports found on the shareholder records website. 

The loads needing to be transferred will need to be marked with a highlighter or a bracket, the “transfer to” contract will need to be written on the page along with a signature and date fromt he shareholder.  These printouts can then be sent by email, text to Amber, or dropped off in the office.

Please do NOT send ticket transfers through the scalehouse.
