In 1993, American Crystal Sugar Company and Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative of Wahpeton, North Dakota, pooled marketing resources to form what is now United Sugar Producers & Refiners Cooperative (USPRC). In 1997, United States Sugar Corporation, a sugar producer in Clewiston, Florida, became the fourth partner in the nation's largest sugar marketing organization. With headquarters in Edina, Minnesota, USPRC customers are world leaders in the candy, baking, cereal, dairy, and beverage industries.

Midwest Agri-Commodities is a agri-product marketing cooperative owned jointly by American Crystal Sugar Company, Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative, Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative, and Michigan Sugar Company. Located in San Rafael, California, Midwest Agri-Commodities globally markets sugarbeet pulp pellets, molasses, and other specialty commodities.
