VersaLime and Ag-Lime Agreements
The agreement for lime on this page can be used for all customers; both shareholders and non-shareholders. Those providing lime hauling and spreading services can also use this form to sign up on behalf of customers.
Please note that all forms will require the landowner to sign the agreement. You will need a digital map to attach to the agreement. Sugarbeet growers are also required to attach a soil test to maximize spreadable area of fields.

Agreements and Forms
These forms can be uses by any customer who want to apply lime to their fields. All agreements are electronic forms. All electronic forms can be signed directly and require a valid email address. All submissions will be routed automatically to the next recipient for signature. Please allow up to ten days for processing.
- Lime Removal Agreement - Required
Only one is needed per season from the entity removing lime from the landfill. If using a contractor who already has a Removal Agreement on file, this form is not necessary. - Site Suitability Checklist
The following items are required to complete the electronic form:
- Valid email for yourself, the grower/customer, and the site owner if different than the grower.
- Digital copy of Soil Test
- Digital Field Map
- Field Common Name
