Non-Shareholder Agreements and Instructional Materials

There are two VersaLime agreements available for Non-Shareholders. The first is for the non-shareholder who signs-up for lime themselves. The second agreement is for Contractors that will sign up fields for the non-shareholder. Please note that Contractors cannot sign up growers spreading lime with the Climate Smart program. Select the form based on who will be filling out the form.

Non-Shareholder Sign Up Forms

This form should be used by all non-American Crystal shareholders who want to apply lime to their fields. All agreements are electronic forms. All electronic forms can be signed directly and require a valid email address. All submissions will be routed automatically to the next recipient for signature. Please allow up to ten days for processing.

  • Lime Removal Agreement - Required
    Only one is needed per season from the entity removing lime from the landfill. If using a contractor who already has a Removal Agreement on file, this form is not necessary.

  • Site Suitability for Non-Growers – Required for each field
    For all customers who are non-active American Crystal shareholders who would like to obtain lime. 
    The following items are required to complete the electronic form:
    • Valid email for yourself, the grower (customer), and the site owner if different than the grower.
    • Soil test is required for all ND fields.

    • Field common name the grower will recognize.

Contractor Sign Up Forms

These forms should be used by all active Crystal Growers who wish to apply lime to their fields involved in sugarbeet production.

All forms are electronic webform hosted by DocuSign which allow you to enter the required information and populate the form fields automatically. There is no charge for using DocuSign and you do not need an account although you will have to option to create a free account to store all of your agreements through DocuSign.

You must have a valid email address to complete these forms. If you do not own the field which VersaLime is being applied, the landowner must also have a valid email.

We will post the Climate Smart VersaLime Grower Agreement soon. If you would like to remove lime from a landfill prior to the Grower Agreement posting, you should complete the Lime Removal Agreement below. Understand that you still will need to complete the Grower Agreement to be eligible for payment.

Only the Grower who will be applying for payment can complete these forms.

  • Lime Removal Agreement – Required

  • Site Suitability for Contractors – Required for each field
    Contractor can fill out this form for Non-Shareholder customers only and submit it on their behalf.
